Parish Picnic - Volunteers Needed!

St. Ann's Parish Picnic 2019 - Volunteer Information

When:  Sunday, September 8th 11:00am - 2:00pm

Where:  St. Ann's

Food provided by St. Ann's:  Hot dogs, hamburgers, fried chicken, baked beans, potato salad, chips, watermelon, popsicles, iced tea (sweet and unsweet), lemonade, coffee

Games/Activities:  Ladder toss, horseshoes, Frisbees, kickball games, crafts for younger children

Picnic day volunteer schedule:

 9:30 am - Decorate.  Setup food, dessert, and beverage tables.  Prepare baked beans, slice watermelon.  Setup games/activities/crafts.

10:30 am - Prepare beverages: iced tea, lemonade, and coffee.  Setup tables with side dishes and desserts.

10:45 am - Begin cooking 1st round of hamburgers and hot dogs.  Heat fried chicken.  Place in warmer trays for serving.

11:15 am - Announcement regarding activities, kickball games, and serving procedures.  Father blesses food and doors opened to the kitchen for hot dogs, hamburgers, and fried chicken.

12:00pm - 1st kickball game

2:00pm - Begin clean-up/tear down
