All men are encouraged and invited to make any meeting their first meeting! It's a great way to join other men of the parish to form community and build on your relationship with Christ. Our time together will focus on expanding our knowledge of the Catholic faith and on sharing ways to incorporate that faith and spirituality into our daily lives with family and friends. We will also focus on demonstrating Christian principles in our workplace environment. No RSVP is necessary. Just come! All are welcome! We look forward to seeing you!
On September 11th at 7:00pm we will focus on The Way of St James: "Hope & Peace"
"Hope & Peace marks the end of the journey—both on the Camino and in the soul. After miles of walking, processing, and soul-searching, pilgrims arrive in Santiago not as the same people who began, but as those changed by the path. The film captures the quiet transformation that comes not through magic, but through movement—through the act of walking, reflecting, listening, and letting go.
Just as the scallop shell becomes a symbol of both provision and purpose, Hope & Peace explores the life of St. James, whose initial hopes were shattered at the cross—but rebuilt at the resurrection. What began as a journey for power ended in a life poured out for others. Through his story, we discover a deeper truth: that true hope is not escape from pain, but peace in the midst of it—and that the journey with Jesus leads to a love stronger than death, and a life far fuller than we imagined."
