"Whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine,
you did for me."
Matthew 25:40
Meet Me In the Desert Lenten Prayer
During this Lenten season in the Jubillee Year of Hope we have the opportunity to embrace the practices of prayer, fasting and almsgiving so that we can experience and offer hope. We have the chance to fast from things that eat up our time, or money. We should choose to fast from things that take us away from God so that we can make the time to pray more, read Scripture and care for others. The money we may save from our fasting offers us the freedom to give assistance to those who are in need. Right now, the need is greater than ever to care for our brothers and sisters in Christ. Let our desert time fill an ark with hope to serve those in need.
The Ark of Hope will benefit Relief Services (CRS) is a pro-life organization dedicated to preserving the sacredness and dignity of human life from conception to natural death.
