St. Ann's will be hosting a RISE AGAINST HUNGER Meal Packaging Event!
Friday, February 21st
Set-up 5:00-6:00pm - We need a team to prep some refreshments for our crews on Saturday and we need help clearing the round tables from the parish hall and setting tables from the classroom in the parish hall for the packing event.
Saturday, February 22nd
Set-up: 7:00-8:30am - we will unload the truck and set out the large bags of supplies at the packing stations as well as get the measuring and packing equipment in place for the packing event.
Packing: 8:30-10:30am - there are opportunities for people age 3-103 to participate. If you have mobility challenges, we have stations where you can sit and weigh things. If you like to be on the move, we need runners and boxers. There is something for everyone.
Clean-up 10:30-12:00pm - Help us get the truck loaded, put tables back in classrooms and re-set round tables in the Parish Hall, sweep and mop the floors so that our spaces are ready for use by other ministries the next day.
