In this year of the Eucharistic Revival we promised to share some resources with you to help you grow in your faith and understanding of our Mass and Christ’s gift of the Eucharist.

This month's feature on FORMED is an audio presentation of Dr. Edward Sri's "A Scriptural Walk Through the Mass". For Catholics, the Mass is entirely familiar, but often not well understood. Scripture scholar and author Dr. Edward Sri takes listeners on a one-hour  journey through the sacred liturgy that is sure to help Catholics experience the Mass more fully as the most powerful and important prayer of the Church. Dr. Sri examines the historical and biblical roots of the words, prayers, actions, and gestures contained within the Mass in order to arrive at a deeper understanding of their significance. This is a very condensed version of our current study, A Biblical Walk Through the Mass.
