This year St. Ann's is excited to announce our new online process for Christian Formation Programs. Complete the form below and click submit to register your children and youth, grades K-12 for Christian Formation. Before you begin, take a look at the program pages for details about each program and then review our CF Volunteer page for details about the various opportunities we have for you to support our programs.
New this year!
- online payment option - however, if you prefer you may pay with cash or check in the office by using discount code "PAY LATER"
- $25 one-time discount for anyone who volunteers to be a Catechist (for Elementary) or Mentor (for youth)
- Elementary and Middle School "At-Home" option for families who need more flexibilty with their schedule. Parents attend one training and receive curriculum resources to lead lessons at home with their child(ren). Monthly "check-in" questionnaires will be emailed to At-Home families and must be completed as "attendance".
