CDC & VDH Guidance on Masks

Per the Virginia Department of Health:  

  • Unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated individuals should wear masks in public indoor settings. Public indoor setting include public Masses.
  • Fully vaccinated individuals do not need to wear a mask; however, masks should be worn in indoor settings in areas of substantial and high transmission*
  • Any persn not wearing a mask shall not be required to produce documentation that they are vaccinated or that they have an underlying medical condition.
 Effective August 11, 2021

* Hanover County is listed as a "High" transmission area as of 8/17/2022
